A mini-mexi pizza snack that's sure to deliver
1 Box José Olé Chicken and Cheese Mini Quesadillas
¾ Cup Marinara sauce
3.5 oz. Package Pepperoni, sliced
½ Cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp. Dried parsley
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Top each quesadilla with 1 Tablespoon marinara sauce, 1 slice of pepperoni, and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes on a greased baking sheet until hot and bubbling.
- Garnish with dried parsley and serve immediately.
