Ingredients

Spread:

  • 2 (3/4-oz.)slices LAND O LAKES® Deli American Cheese
  • 4 LAND O LAKES® All-Natural Eggs, hard-cooked, peeled, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Sandwich:

  • 8 slices tomato
  • 4 English muffins, split*

Preparation

Stack Land O' Lakes® Deli American Cheese slices. Cut into thin strips; coarsely chop.

Combine all spread ingredients in medium bowl. Cover, refrigerate (up to 2 days).

Heat broiler. Place English muffins onto broiler pan, cut-side up. Broil 1 minute. Top each with 1 slice tomato and about 1/4 cup spread mixture. Continue broiling until bubbly (2 to 3 minutes). Serve warm.

*Substitute bagels.

TIPS:
A toaster oven works great for this easy recipe.

Sandwich can also be served cold. Assemble as directed; do not broil.
