- 1 box (20-oz.) José Olé® Beef and Cheese Mini Tacos
- 1 (16-oz.) can refried beans (plain)
- 1 cup shredded cheese, Mexican blend
1/2 cup mild taco sauce, restaurant style
Gently spread-open all defrosted José Olé®Mini Tacos forming pairs of two. Use back of a teaspoon to gently spread beef and cheese filling over each tortilla round. Next, spread one measured teaspoon of refried beans straight from can onto one tortilla round. Cover with the pair. Repeat for all. (If breakage occurs, the beans will hold together the tortilla round pieces.) Then, pan fry each according to box specifications for frozen Mini Tacos. Then, pour one measured teaspoon of mild taco sauce over top and sprinkle with one measured teaspoon shredded cheese. Serve while still warm.
