Immune Builder Beet Smoothie recipe

Healthy, refreshing and delicious!

Ingredients

 

  • 2 tbsp. raw cashews
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted (optional) *can also use maple syrup
  • 2 cara cara or navel oranges, peeled
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 c. Earthbound Farms Frozen Organic Ruby Red Beets
  • ½ c. water
  • 1 c. ice
     

Preparation

Soak cashews and dates in warm water for at least a minute; drain water and place in a blender.
Add oranges, lemon, beets, and water to the blender. Blend until smooth.
Add ice and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
