Homemade Mustard Vinaigrette

Description

Ingredients

1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 Garlic Cloves, Chopped
Splash Soy Sauce
15 Grinds Black Pepper
3 Pinches Sea Salt

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients in mason jar with tight-fitting lid. Shake to emulsify. Store in refrigerator for approximately a week.
