Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pesto sauce
  • 1 12-in. pre-baked thin-crust pizza shell
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced thinly
  • 4-oz. Heluva Good!® Colby-Jack Cheese, shredded (1 cup)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Spread pesto sauce over pizza shell. Arrange tomatoes on top and season to taste. Cover pizza with shredded Heluva Good!® cheese.

Charcoal grill instructions: Prepare a hot fire. Push all the coals to one side of the grill. Position rack high and place pizza on grill in area where there are no coals. Cover and grill 8-10 minutes, giving the pizza a quarter turn every 2-3 minutes, checking to make sure the bottom of the crust is not getting burned. When cheese melts, remove pizza from the grill, cut and serve.
