  • 3 lbs. baking (russet) potatoes
  • 1 12-oz. container Heluva® Good Dip, your choice French Onion, Bacon Horseradish, Classic Ranch, Creamy Salsa, Bodacious Onion
  • salt and pepper to taste


Peel potatoes and cut into chunks. Place in a 4 1/2-quart saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender when pierced with the tip of a knife, about 20-25 minutes.

Drain potatoes and return them to the cooking pan. Place pan back on low heat and stir potatoes for a minute to dry them out a bit. Season with salt and pepper and mash. Stir in Heluva Good!® Dip and mix well. Serve immediately.
