This grape ambrosia is a creamy fruit salad, ready in a matter of minutes!
- 3 cups white grapes
- 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
- 1 star fruit, half coarsely chopped and half sliced
- 3/4 to 1 cup Heluva Good!® Sour Cream
- 6 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped cashews, optional
In each of four 8-ounce cups, place 1/4 cup of grapes. Top with a kiwi slice and 1 tablespoon of chopped star fruit. Add 1 tablespoon Heluva Good!® Sour Cream and 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar. Sprinkle with cashews (optional).
Repeat two more layers as above. Garnish with sliced star fruit and sliced kiwi fruit. Chill until ready to serve.
Serving suggestion: Serve cashews on the side and allow guests to add as desired.
Cooking tip: Dip star fruit in lemon juice to keep it from turning brown.
