- 2 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 4-oz. Heluva Good!® Mild Cheddar Cheese, cut into 1/2-in. cubes
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add ham and Heluva Good!® Mild Cheddar Cheese and mix well. With a wooden spoon, stir in cream until a sticky dough forms. Do not over mix.
Place dough on a floured surface and press into an evenly thick 10-inch circle. Cut into 8 wedges.
Grease a baking sheet. Place wedges on baking sheet in same circular pattern. Bake at 425F for 15 to 18 minutes until golden. Serve warm or at room temperature.
