Bake and serve these tasty garlic and basil rolls for an easy appetizer or side dish!
1 loaf Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. garlic powder
¼ cup fresh basil, finely chopped
Melted butter for brushing dough
Lightly grease a 9" x 13" baking pan. On a lightly floured board, roll dough out to an 8" x 12" rectangle. Spread melted butter evenly over dough. Mix Parmesan cheese with garlic powder and sprinkle over butter. Evenly sprinkle with chopped basil. Beginning with 12-inch side, roll tightly in jelly-roll fashion. Cut rolled dough into 12 equal slices. Place slices in prepared pan. Brush tops with melted butter. Let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until light brown. Brush tops with any remaining butter.
