Jazz up a french toast breakfast with this blueberry toast souffle recipe from Farm Rich!
- 20 Farm Rich™ Cinnamon Sprinkle French Toast Sticks, cut into 1-in. cubes and divided (available in 20-oz. pkg. or larger packages)
- 1 cup fresh or thawed frozen blueberries, drained
- 2 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 12 large eggs
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Spray two-quart soufflé dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place half of cubed French toast sticks onto bottom of dish; top with blueberries. Top with remaining French toast cubes; set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, blend together cream cheese, eggs, milk, maple syrup and sugar with an electric mixer until well combined and smooth. Pour cream cheese mixture into dish.
Cover; bake 30 minutes at 375F. Uncover; bake 15 minutes until golden brown or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve immediately.
