Whip up strawberry cream cheese french toast sticks using this recipe. Perfect for breakfast or dessert!
- 1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed, drained
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1-1/2 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese, chilled
- 24 Farm Rich™ French Toast Sticks (available in 20-oz. pkg. or larger packages)
Combine strawberries, granulated sugar and water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Lower heat to medium; cook 3 minutes until sugar is dissolved. Place powdered sugar in small bowl. Using melon baller, scoop 18 small cream cheese balls. Place cream cheese balls into a bowl; cover completely with powdered sugar. Set aside.
Prepare French toast sticks according to package directions; sprinkle with powdered sugar. Place 4 French toast sticks onto each plate. Arrange 3 cream cheese balls on each plate; top each serving with strawberry mixture. Serve immediately.
