- Edy's® Whole Fruit Mango Sorbet
- 1/2 cup coconut milk or Coco Lopez
- 2 tsp. rum extract (optional)
- Paper umbrellas (optional)
- 1 cup canned or ripe fresh pineapple chunks
Combine about 2 cups of sorbet, coconut milk and rum in a blender and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately in tall glasses garnished with paper umbrellas and pineapple chunks. Serves 2.
