- 1 pkg. (16-oz.) DOLE® Fresh Frozen Sliced
- Peaches, defrosted and drained
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 pkg. gingerbread cake mix
- Fat free whipped topping, thawed
Combine brown sugar, margarine and pumpkin pie spice in an 8-inch square pan. Spread out evenly in pan. Top with DOLE® Fresh Frozen Sliced Peaches. Prepare gingerbread cake mix according to package directions. Pour over peaches. Bake according to package directions. Cool 10 minutes and turn out onto plate. Cut into squares and add dollop of whipped topping. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
