Fruity Smoothie


  • 1 large, ripe DOLE® Banana, peeled
  • 1 can (8-oz.) DOLE Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 cup DOLE® Fresh Frozen Strawberries, partially thawed
  • 1 carton (8 oz.) strawberry yogurt


Slice banana into blender or food processor container. Add pineapple, DOLE® Fresh Frozen Strawberries and yogurt. Cover; blend until smooth.

Variations: Replace 1 cup strawberries and strawberry yogurt with:

Peach: 1 cup DOLE® Fresh Frozen Peach slices and peach yogurt
Raspberry: 1 cup DOLE® Fresh Frozen Raspberries and mixed berry yogurt
Blueberry: 1 cup DOLE® Fresh Frozen Blueberries and blueberry yogurt
Mixed Berries: 1 cup DOLE® Fresh Frozen Mixed Berries and mixed berry yogurt
