A quick and easy way to start your day, or a healthy snack anytime!
- 2 c. Daisy ® Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 c. low fat granola with no fruit or nuts
- 2 c. mixed berries such as sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
- 4 tsp. chopped almonds
In four serving dishes, layer 1/4 c. cottage cheese, 1/8th of the granola and 1/4 c. of the mixed berries. Repeat the layers in each dish. Top each parfait with 1 tsp. of almonds.
*Refrigerate the fruit mixture for 2 hours before assembling, if desired*
