Give your steak the kick you've been craving!
- 5 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. fresh, minced chives
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. black ground pepper
In a small bowl, whip butter together with ingredients. Scoop the mixture onto a piece of waxed paper, wrap it up, and pop it in the fridge for at least two hours. Unwrap it, cut into slices, and top hot, grilled steak.
