Classic Buffalo wing flavors in a grilled chicken sandwich.
- 2 ribs (1 cup)celery, cut into thin diagonal slices
- 1/2 cup carrot ribbons
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 8 (3/4-ounce) slices white Land O Lakes® Deli American
- 4 hamburger buns
Hot sauce, if desired
Heat gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
Combine celery and carrot ribbons in bowl; set aside.
Combine chicken, blue cheese and 2 tablespoons hot sauce in bowl; mix well. Form mixture into 4 patties.
Place burgers onto grill. Grill 10-14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F and burgers are cooked through. Top each burger with 2 slices cheese.
Place burgers onto bottom half of buns; top each with 1/4 carrot-celery mixture and additional hot sauce, if desired.
To create carrot ribbons, trim ends and peel carrot. Use vegetable peeler to make long flat slices.
