A cheesy breakfast casserole your family can't wait to dig into!
- 6 eggs
- 1 lb. sausage
- 2-4 cups of shredded mozzarella or sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 16-oz. can crescent rolls
Preheat over to 350F and coat large, deep skillet with cooking spray. Spread crescent rolls on bottom of lightly greased 9" X 13" cake pan. Cook sausage over medium-high heat until evenly brown; drain and crumble. Sprinkle sausage crumbles over top of crescent rolls. Beat eggs then poor over sausage layer. Sprinkle 2-4 cups of cheese over top, amount depending on your preference. Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
