Blueberry Smoothie


A delicious and healthy way to beat the heat.


  • 1 cup DOLE® Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 DOLE® Banana, peeled and frozen, cut into chunks
  • 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1 container (6-oz.) lemon yogurt
  • 6 ice cubes made from lemonade
  • 1 cup DOLE® Blueberries
  • 2 tbsp honey


Combine banana, frozen blueberries and ginger in blender or food processor.  Cover; blend until finely chopped.  Add apple juice and yogurt; blend to combine.  Add lemonade ice cubes; blend until slushy.  Add fresh blueberries and blend until well mixed.  Taste smoothie and sweeten with honey, if desired.
