A bright and festive way to lighten up your day!
- 4 c. baby salad greens
- 2 c. fresh blackberries
- 4 Tbsp. balsamic glaze
- 2 c. Daisy® Cottage Cheese
- 4 Tbsp. slivered almonds
- 4 Tbsp. dried sweetened cranberries
Place a layer of greens on 4 salad plates. Top each evenly with the blackberries; drizzle with the glaze. Top with a scoop of cottage cheese. Sprinkle with the almonds and dried cranberries.
