Get your fill of protein with this delicious blackberry protein smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1 (6-oz.) container of plain low-fat Greek yogurt 
  • 1/2-3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or other type of milk, if desired

Preparation

Drop all ingredients in a blender and blend until fruit is pureed and ingredients are well combined.
