- 1 cup frozen blackberries
- 1/4 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 (6-oz.) container of plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2-3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or other type of milk, if desired
Drop all ingredients in a blender and blend until fruit is pureed and ingredients are well combined.
