This tasty black cherry smoothie is a sweet treat that's easy to make!
- 1 1/2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 cup of milk or milk alternative
- 1 12 oz. bag of frozen, pitted dark cherries
Pour liquid ingredients in the smoothie maker and then add frozen cherries. Blend at low setting for 30 seconds, then blend at high setting until smooth. Serve immediately.
