- 1/2 cup (4-oz.) Better'n Eggs®
- 1/2-1 tsp. cayenne pepper sauce
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Crystal Farms® Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 14-oz. (1 pkg.) chicken tenders
Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In shallow bowl combine Better'n Eggs® and pepper sauce; mix well. In second shallow bowl combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and salt; mix well.
Dip each chicken tender in Better'n Eggs® mixture then in bread mixture. Place on prepared baking pan.
Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, turning once during baking.
