Add a barista's touch to your breakfast with this toffee French toast recipe, featuring Baileys coffee creamer!
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup Baileys® Coffee Creamer Toffee Almond Cream
- Pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. butter or vegetable oil
- 6-8 slices of thick day-old bread
In a 2-quart mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, Baileys® Coffee Creamer Toffee Almond Cream, salt and honey. Over medium-low heat, melt butter (or vegetable oil) in a 12 inch nonstick or cast iron skillet. Dip bread into Baileys® Coffee Creamer Toffee Almond Cream mixture and allow to soak for 20 seconds on each side. Then remove one or two bread slices and place in hot skillet.
Cook until golden brown, approximately 2-4 minutes per side. Remove French Toast from skillet and place cooked slices on serving plate. Repeat with all eight slices. Serve immediately with maple syrup and whipped Baileys® Coffee Creamer French Vanilla.
