Pickle relish, tomato and mustard beef up these burgers before they ever hit the grill. Top with cheese and potato chips for the ultimate burger experience.
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 tbls tomato paste
- 1/4 cup dill pickle relish , drained
- 1 tbl spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American
- Romaine lettuce, if desired
- 1 cup potato chips
- 4 sesame seed buns
Heat gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
Combine all burger ingredients in bowl; mix gently to combine. Form into 4 burger patties.
Place burgers onto grill. Grill, turning once, 10-14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160°F and meat is no longer pink in center. Top each burger with 2 slices cheese; continue grilling until cheese is melted.
Place lettuce onto bottom half of buns, if desired. Top with burgers, potato chips and top half of bun.
